A juried crafts show on Tanner Street with more than 50 vendors and a big book sale at the Masonic Temple are expected to be popular features of a Fall Festival in Haddonfield on Saturday, October 4. (If rain: Saturday, October 11.)
Fall Festival provides an opportunity for Haddonfield’s many nonprofit and civic organizations to set up displays on the Kings Highway sidewalks to promote their activities and events, publicize their programs and services, recruit members, and sell merchandise. Musicians and other entertainers will perform at various locations throughout the downtown during the day. Haddonfield’s many fine stores, restaurants, and vendors of libations will be open for business. As usual, the Farmers Market in Kings Court will operate from 8:30am to 1pm. Look for pumpkin painting and scarecrow stuffing!
Set to run from 10am to 4pm, Fall Festival is organized by the Haddonfield Lions Club. Subaru is the major sponsor, and financial support has been provided by The Haddonfield Foundation, the Haddonfield Cultural Events Commission, and a number of other generous supporters. The book sale is sponsored by Haddonfield Friends of the Library.
